 We take pleasure to introduce ourselves as one of the pioneer in supply of highly skilled, Skilled and Unskilled Bangladeshi workers required for employment at home and abroad.
Back in 1984, BLUESTAR PROVISION LTD. Our parent company was first launched with the idea to develop Technical and Management skill of the abundant manpower available in Bangladesh by employing them under a foreign company where they would pick up technical knowledge and skill by working under expatriates in a different working environment and once experienced, the same workers could be made available for employment either at home or abroad.
Once established, our marketing team approached with our idea to many foreign contractors who were coming to Bangladesh for various project and in 1985, a test contract was given to us by SPIE-CAPAG of France to supply them few numbers of Skilled and Un-skilled workers for Bakhrabad-Demra Gas Pipeline project and we could complete the contract in a very satisfactory manner. In fact, by the time project was completed, the supply number rose to 336; of which, some of the expatriate workers with Bangladeshi workers who achieved the same level of skill & expression as of expatriates.
Encouraged by the achievement, we consolidated our base by recruiting well trained recruiting and management executives and kept on approaching other foreign companies to employ Bangladeshi workers who were coming to take up projects in Bangladesh and as well as started to extend our activies abroad. A decade and half has passed since then and over these period, our company was awarded with several number of important national projects as enclosed in Annexure ‘C’ on a total supply and management basis. And as of today, we can say with pride that we have been involved in supply of Bangladeshi workers to almost all the major projects that has taken place in Bangladesh.
Interestingly getting satisfied with the quality and skill of our supplied workers and by our administrative capability, the same foreign company with whom we had worked in Bangladesh, had selected us as their agent for their subsequent requirement of Bangladeshi work force when they had returned to undertake their other projects in other parts of the world and especially for Middle-East. Not only these companies placed order to us, they even recommended our company to many of their associates, as a result we could complete supply of a large number of Bangladeshi workers abroad for different world reputed organization as enclosed in Annexure-‘D’
Besides employing local workers, we do have the connection and capacity to recruit expatriate workers of various category for our client for projects at home and abroad through our associates from Singapore, Thailand, India, Philippines, Nepal and UAE under our own management whereby we extend facilities from recruitment to obtaining visa and work permit on behalf of our clients.
Besides employing over 7700 workers for various multi-national projects in the country, we have recruited more than 4500 workers for various companies abroad.
Today, we have a team of qualified people responsible for screening and recruiting various categories of workers. This team visits round the year various installations and development project areas and collect suitable CVs which are then kept and maintained in our computerized data bank indicating qualification, years of experience etc. etc. which can be retrieved and presented instantly against requirement received from clients.
We are experienced, fully updated to meet the requirements of the client and therefore can say confidently that if given an opportunity we can mobilize workers to the client’s specification with competitive salary package and within a least possible time frame.
