The requirement of a local company to help employ local workers on behalf of a Foreign company do not need further elaboration.  As the intricacy of employment in conjunction with the local labour law is becoming difficult, the need for a well-conversed company dealing with the employment on a total supply & administer basis has become on automatic requirement.

As understood, foreign companies coming to Bangladesh generally have some very basic knowledge of the local labour & employment law and also they are not aware of the kind of local labour available and therefore they have to depend on a company who has the experience and capacity to handle, manage and supply local workers for them in line with their specification and time frame.

  1. Workers background prior to employment are vetted, qualifications are examined and screened out properly to meet the client specification.
  2. Workers are briefed about the working terms, salary package etc. in advance to avoid further demand in future.
  3. Workers are trained if necessary to suit further requirement of the client.
  4. Sufficient reserves are kept without any cost to client to replace any worker or employ any worker within shortest possible time to avoid loss of idle time of equipment.
  5. Workers administration & discipline is constantly monitored by placing full time Liaison Officer so that effective measure can be taken/suggested when necessary.
  6. Workers welfare is looked after by us so that they get a congenial atmosphere to work and get their due share against their service.
  7. Workers are employed by us, therefore, all discipline, administration and litigation if any is handled directly by us keeping the client out of any future problem.
  8. A workers Personal Accident Policy insurance against each employee is maintained by us and settle directly any case of insurance claim against death or loss of property.
  9. Food, Transport, Accommodation & Medical facilities if necessary can also be organized by us. But in general allowances in lieu of the above facilities are given directly to the workers.
  10. Keep co-ordination with local administration, Law enforcing agency, influential person etc. to help contractor to run the project without any interference.
